2:58 AM Thoughts

So I stumbled upon this quote on Tinder: Do better. Be better.

Here I am. Sleepy but resisting against a snoozefest. So here I am, wondering to myself, if the quote was actually designed to tell someone to basically go fuck himself, but nicely.

I mean the author literally told us to do Better. Okay now, off to go find myself an improvement.

Vive Le Resistance!

There's something about death that fascinates people. Their actions nicer. Their images somewhat softer and their words,  all of a sudden much truer.

Here's to the Resistance. The Princess of all Princesses.

"I looked over at him. A hero’s face — a few strands of hair fell over his noble, slightly furrowed brow… How could you ask such a shining specimen of a man to be satisfied with the likes of me?”

Himpunan Mana Maruah

This is a very smart post from one of these random posters off FB. What she said made me swim in seven seas of deep thoughts and contemplation.

9 Sultans.

1 Prime Minister

1 Deputy Prime Minister

And many more I just am too lazy to quote. So yeah.

9 Sultans.

1 Prime Minister

1 Deputy Prime Minister

All Malays.

So here's something she didn't say but I am.

If with all those positions of power and the Malays still require over protection and berhimpun sebab rasa maruah Melayu tercalar. Then the Malays are the most pussy of a race. The Malays need to take a long hard look at themselves. We are at where we are because we are what we are.

Ah. Tapi aku letih.

Forever Within Numbered Days

I have so many movies I cannot tell you how many. I have so many of them I probably have some that I downloaded before I was born and haven't watched yet. I'm not exactly sure if I love movies or simply just the idea of it. Maybe downloading movies is my hobby after all.

None the matter.

So this morning after sahur, after last night's out - I innocently popped a movie to my plasma. It always help me sleep. Concentration. Be it books or this time around, movies.

Title of choosing could be anything really. After all I'm only trying to catch some sleep. After brushing aside all the cobwebs in drive H, I innocently double clicked The Fault In Our Stars a movie I downloaded about a year ago I think.

Whoever the fuck penned this movie needs to be shot.

NEVER have I bawled so much waters from my droopy eyes. I cried so much you might think I had stepped on a Lego.

PKR Dungu

Heheh. Am still up because tomorrow there's a paper called Banking Operation which basically is just non stop tirades about banking activities in Malaysia from the fixed depo sampai la MIDF. Just to belagak and show off terms I just come to know after 3 to 4 months worth of semester :D

I've covered pretty much 3.5 - 4 past year paper. So now am feeling all confident. Bajet boleh lepas. In Sha Allah. Will cover a little bit more I guess but now my tummy is drumming war songs and I think Megi would be the most viable source of energy but I have been quite strict with my nocturnal diet of late, limiting mouth exercises to only one fruit worth of carb per night. Malam ni langgar habis dah sebab Mak masak dalca kari terbaik dari ladang. But I figure its OK since I'll be up until late. Who knew when you're 'up until late' you get into another cycle of hungriness.

Btw the title of the post is totally unrelated. Anyway I have been seething against PKR for quite some time now but lately I think they're getting dumber and dumber. Kalau dah bodoh. Research results dengan personal opinion pun tak boleh nak beza. Heheh.

Ingat nak reply je tadi but since I have promised myself to stop these petty campaigns against the tak-boleh-diselamatkan I'll just post it in my blog then. My personal blog. My personal opinion.

Earth To Fakhrol

This here is another vicious cycle of lazi-ass-ness.

I have been too preoccupied with the preparations of my examinations. Therefore, high intensity workout just will not do since it taxes too much of energy for me to even stay awake during the burning of the midnight oil. I am fucking tired. Even now I can still feel the weariness, residue of mentally and physically going all out. Alas, the fate of last minute study warriors. A spent force. But you still have to keep going.

I NEED to do it today and tomorrow if I were to follow my meticulously-lah-sangat planned workout schedule.

But as always. I hate it. I dread every fucking minute of it.

But the Positive Fakhrol keeps reminding me that I can edit this post after.

I guess that helps a little bit. Knowing that you can journalize the experience. Both the resenting of the workout and the feeling of doing it anyway.

I'll see you in 30 minutes time. Or another 3 years, if procrastination got in the way.

Go go Last Minute Study Warrior!

I Refuse To Sink

 photo 5840674486411282_Otr9lYuf_c_large_zps41a8527b.jpg

Another home defeat for United. This time to Swansea. This is getting painful to watch. And tomorrow's Monday and its werk after a week off. How. Why. How the fuck do I start. I don't even know.

Edit:: 3.02 a.m on the clock. Still trying to make sense of this loss.

Some sections of United fans have been slating Moyes from the start of the season. What do I care, those plastics! For me, if you're gonna claim to be a die-hard, shamelessly grinning when the days were bright, you gotta learn to weather the storm too. If you're gonna start getting your panties up in a bunch when things don't go your way. Then you're unfit to call yourself a die-hard. Save that for fair weathers.

Problem is, I think even some of the loyal ones are starting to ask if Moyes is the right man for the job.

Your guess is as good as mine.

But my hunch, rather than certainty tells me he is. United fans have over the years grown spoiled, winning silverwares after another. They've grown to set unrealistic benchmark for their team. All due to the miracle in the form of one Alex Ferguson. Lets face it, he won the league with the likes of Cleverley, Anderson and Carrick as a central midfield line-up, a line-up that is mediocre at best. That's a tall order to ask from any manager, let alone somebody new. That's just Sir Alex for you. A man with the Midas Touch.

But.

He took well over 26 years to come to that level. Moyes hasn't even been in charge one season. He inherited, barring the likes of Persie and Rooney, a mediocre team at best. They may be Champions but I bet Pellegrini or Arsene Wenger would bleed their temples, scratching their heads having to field this team week in week out. That's just the magic that Sir Alex was.

I digressed.

Moyes, given the time, I believe will bring the much celebrated stability that United boasts over the years. But time is a luxury that most modern day managers and owners cannot afford. He will get it right eventually. Time, time, time is of the essence and I cannot cannot stress this enough.

I'm willing to go as far as to give him 3 trophy-less seasons, though hopeful of Champions League qualifications. Sit back, its going to be a really bumpy ride but I believe faith will take us far and reward us handsomely.

But till that time come, I'm still grievin. ={

Cut me up and I still bleed Red.

Never Is A Long Time

I'll be realistic.

I don't think United will win this coming Sunday's game against flavour of the week, Arsenal. Everybody talks about how silky smooth this team is. Well, it is true that they posses one the most entertaining midfield line up in the Premier League. Worthy of envy especially to someone like me who cringed at the lack of fluidity in the middle of the park for United.

BUT.

Wouldn't it be nice to smother their faces with their own words if United being United, unpredict-fucken-able and being the only team you write off at your own ignorant peril. If there's one thing these loudmouths should have learned watching United over the years, it is always too premature to count the eggs before they actually hatch.

"You NEVER win anything with kids"

Alan Hansen epitomized just how unpleasant the taste of your own words could be.

So sit back.

United's got nothing to lose. Everybody's practically written us off. Even our own fans. So what do we have to lose ? Well yeah, bragging rights. But that simply means we should be able to play without chips on our shoulders. I just hope that Moyes will not resort to his usual 'safe' defensive style that I think has clearly been proven too risky.

Attack.

Offense is ALWAYS the best mode of defense. Especially with teams with mediocre midfield like United.

Biasa Ah Fakhrol

I can't sleep after my usual 15-minutes nap-went-awry and midnite Nescafe (after more Nescafe during the day, not to mention). So what else. You thought of some bullshit that leads to another prolific bullshitism.

So in relation to the first quote that I think classy, I thought of something better, if we're in parallel universe per se;

Porn is temporary, keras is permanent

Wakakakakakakakakakakak

I really need to get some sleep. Like seriously. Like dead serious. Like right now. OK now I'm gonna go do that serious face in front of the mirror.

OK I lied. Off to watch the newly downloaded Manchester derby match again. Weeeeee

The City Is Ours!

Yeah fucken right the city is yours. Where are all those yapping mouths when the derby's done and dusted ? United bought them referees ? You were lucky daddy was there to save your arse from further embarrassment. One clear goal disallowed and a penalty waived off. We bought the ref ? Fuck you.

"Form is temporary, class is permanent"

United. For life.

"You're the last thought in my head at night
And the first one when the sun in sight.."

You're my loveliest Hello and my hardest goodbye
Lets go take a ride. Ask me where, don't ask me why!

But first let us sleep, for in the sleep we dream :P
Narrow streets of Paris where we sip our Coffee-N-A-cream!

Funny all those lines I said when all I wanted to say to you
Was how much I miss you, this half past two. :P

The Drafts - 31st Dec 2007

I've wanted to revisit this project for quite some times now. Project Drafts. "The ones posts that I either dare not publish or I somehow lose the appetite to publish". "Great source of inspiration".

Like most people who are fascinated by time-lapse video shots. I too am fascinated by progression, via time. Mine is executed albeit a bit more linearly than most of your likings. But a progression nonetheless. Although the Blog is more than enough time-lapse, the drafts are more or less the behind the curtains and/or the edited scenes of which, the director deem unfit for the larger audience. Although, it should be mentioned that these edited scenes, these spur of the moments, are probably his greatest masterpiece. An innocence he lost while trying to supplicate and please the masses. The type of brutal honesty and flare he lost while trying to be politically correct.

Some people call it growing up.

Who Needs I-Pod When I've Got The Bat Pod!

I watched Batman again. With hopes that I will make it earlier this time. Only to find that I was even later than the last time. Pffffttttt. Only now it so appears to me that due to the longer than normal timeline of the movie, the usual Oh-Its-Not-Gonna-Be-For-Another-Fifteen-Minutes-Due-To-Crappy-Commercials reasoning just doesn't apply. Boy boy boy.

This time around I watched still in awe of the Bat Bike (Bat Pod, according to Hadi) and still madly in love with Selina Kyle. And I came back with some quotes as well. Bwoi, I cannot wait till the Blu-Ray version comes out. Be it, if its gonna be a 40-Gig something of a file. Worth every bytes of the ever-expanding belly of my HDD.

"I started off doing what I had to. Once you’ve done what you had to they’ll never let you do what you want to.." - Selina Kyle

"You think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark. I was born in it." - Bane

Edit: I am so gonna get me one of those sexy Bat Pod toys!
